When you register and use InstantfaceAI, we collect: - Email address and username (account creation) - Password (stored as a one-way hash — we never store your plain password) - IP address and device type (for security and fraud prevention) - Usage data (features used, credits consumed, session duration) - Payment records (transaction IDs and amounts — no card numbers are stored) - Images you upload for face swap features (processed in real-time and not stored permanently) We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties.

When you use real-time face swap features, your webcam feed is processed live. We do not permanently store your raw video stream. Session data is used only to deliver the AI output back to you in real-time and is discarded after the session ends. Uploaded reference images are held only for the duration of your session.
